What are unhealthy foods? Why are they classified as unhealthy? What impact do these foods have on our bodies?

Unhealthy foods are things like candy, chips, and soda. They have too much sugar and , bad fats, and salt. These foods can make you gain weight and lead to problems like heart disease or diabetes. They can also make you feel tired and unhealthy over time.

How do medical, social, emotional, environmental, and cultural factors affect our choice of foods?

If someone has allergies, they can’t eat certain foods. Sometimes, people eat what their family or friends like. Feeling stressed or sad might make people eat junk food. Where you live also matters—if there’s no grocery store nearby, it’s harder to eat healthy. Plus, culture can make you eat certain traditional foods.Example Indians cannot eat certain types of meats.

What are some benefits of planning what you eat?

Planning your meals helps you eat better and save money. You won’t waste food, and it saves time because you know what to cook. It’s easier to stick to healthy eating when you plan ahead!
